Scan Time Again...Prayers Please

 

Happy Saturday everyone :)  

Would you please lift my family and I up in prayer for this coming week.  I went to my follow up Oncology appointment last Thursday and over all I am handling the immunotherapy really well. However, I have had some light sensitivity and headaches recently. 

They have scheduled an MRI of my head for this coming Monday, October 16th at 1pm just to be on the safe side. They also went ahead and scheduled my next 3-month full body CT scan for this coming Thursday, October 19th at 8:30am.   

There are the usual fears that creep up but ultimately, I know God has me, just as he always has. Prayers for my family and I as we await word on results. May God flood us with the peace of His truth in all of this. Prayers also over the doctors and technicians that they would have wisdom and inspiration as they read the scans and decide on my next steps. 

I truly cannot express how comforting it is for me to know that I have a team of prayer warriors surrounding me on this journey. You guys have kept my hands raised and I am grateful beyond measure!
